The staff does not communicate well with their clientele. I dealt with four different office staffers who did not know what's in their policies except for the Federal Laws on Fair Housing. That should have been a clue to further issues. Document everything and record or video what you can. Know the exact date when your application is accepted or they will keep your deposit. Don't pay for anything ahead of time. You will not get it back!
