My home warranty company contracts with Oasis, so it is not as if I contacted them of my own wishes. My AC went out on a Sunday in July, I opened a claim with my home warranty company and they started the order and told me to call Oasis and schedule a time. I called Oasis, talked to "Chris" and was told that he couldn't even come look at it until that Thursday. It was scheduled to be 100+ degrees in Oklahoma City all that week. All I got from Chris was a can't till Thursday... 5 days... no other options. I told him I was gonna call someone else then, thanks anyway. Called another company...got great service and had someone at my house in under an hour BTW... fixed my system, I even contracted that company to replace my entire HVAC system (Which they did within the week, OMG, so awesome)... Anyway Oasis called me Thursday morning to see if I still needed their service, I informed them that I did not and that another company has taken care of my issue. "Chris" claims that he still drove down to my property anyway, I have no idea if he did, but I know he never approached my door as my wife and I were home all day that day. So Oasis goes ahead an submits a "completed" work order to my home warranty company, and even includes invoicing for labor.... for what?!... Two brief phone calls? I won't count the drive to my property, I told them it was not necessary... Anyhow, my Home warranty company tried to bill me the normal $60 for the service call, and after my conversation with them, they are going to investigate their relationship with Oasis and my bill has been dismissed. I don't know if Oasis' work is any good, and I never will...the shady tactics and dishonest business practices and lack of care for their customers means they will never see any of my business or my families business.
