Hey pool owners ! I was in the pool business for 10years. One thing I know is your company name is as good as the technician out in the field or in the store who’s doing the work. I have found OASIS to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I’m glad OASIS has some people who actually know pools.

Oasis is a great place to have your water checked. They are very knowledgeable and they are always friendly. I would recommend Oasis to anyone who is having a problem with their pool. I've had service with them for 10 years and my pool looks great.

After being told by several other companies that my pool heater needed to be replaced I spoke with a neighbor who also has a pool who he would suggest. He recommended Oasis pools and spas. I contacted them on a Monday and I was told he was not able to show up until Wednesday. He stopped out on Wednesday and within 45 mins he had diagnosed my problem and fixed it for less than 80 dollars. Saving me over 3000.00. The guy may not be able to get to you the same day or next day but he is well worth the wait. He was very polite and seemed to care about my issue. I would highly recommend Oasis Pools to everyone.

DO NOT USE!!

The lady who answers the phone has absolutely NO customer service and it turns out she's the OWNER! We were paying for weekly service and our pool is green - absolutely not ready to open for the summer! MONEY GOING DOWN THE DRAIN! We are selling our home and ordered pool skimmers (on the repair list) Oasis said several times they would order- but never did and would not take responsibility. Please do not use, I can't believe this company is even in business!!
