Poor phone communication. Asked specific questions and was given canned responses regarding expectations for follow up. No questions asked regarding what my actual needs were. It seemed like the employee was trying to get me off the phone versus trying to actually help.

Had very good services, explain everything very well to me about my new CPAP. they also hooked me up so I can view my sleeping history online and through my cell phone. Very happy with my experience here.

Disappointing Services. Reviewed my personal patient information the company break room, only after they were sure I had insurance coverage. Billed astronomical amounts and refused returns on incorrect equipment. Displayed very poor equipment knowledge (provided the wrong selection for my problem) but sure know how to get your insurance money. Currently have not refunded any money (co-pay) for equipment returned next day with 2 hours use. Avoid this vendor.
