Provided by YP.comI have and envelope stuffer that I needed repaired. After calling around Summit was the only one who said the could fix it. I wish i would have just thrown the thing away. I set 5 apointments with them on 5 diffrent days. They would not give time of arrival. Just that they would be out sometime that day. I wait around all day for 5 days and they never showed and never called to say they could not make it. When I called they would say he will be out sometime today and then not show. When I did get hold of Kevin ( same guy for all appointments) he said "What do you want me to do? They have me out taking care of more important clients!" I would have went else where if there was anyone. On the sixth appointment Kevin finaly showed up only to tell me he did not know how to fix this type of machine but the guy who did was in the office and he would call him. That guy told Kevin to bring it in to the office. Kevin said that he did not have room in his car so he would come back and get it. In the mean time he said not to remove a petuicular cove or it would make the machine unrepairable. He said there was a special way ro remove it and it took a special tool. Well, sometimes that is true with cars so I thought it might be the case here. After several more wasted days Kevin finaly showed up again and took the machine. Summit had it for 3 months. At least when it was returned Kevin showed up the first time. The bill was $600 dollars Kevin said that they repaird a lot fo things and greased parts and really did a lot of work on it. He clicked it on and it ran for a second and then he clicked it off. Everything seemed ok So I paid him. After he left I took a close took at the invoice and there was nothnig listed under work done just that it was repaired. That seemed odd but I let it go. Then I set it up and turned it on. It ran for about 30 seconds before it quit in exactly the same way it did before. So I called Summit. They imediaty got the repair manuel and told me to remove the one cover I had PREVIOUSLY BEEN WARNED NOT TO REMOVE. turns out that is where the fuses were and had I removed it before I would have known that the only thing needed was three fuses. Summit told me which ones were needed and as it turns out I had paid them $600 to replace the fuses and THEY PUT THE WRONG ONES IN!!! SO I HAD TO GO TO RADIO SHACK AND GET THE RIGHT ONES MYSELF!!! I complaind and was told that was tuff that they felt they did the work and that was that. I contacted the owner and he was just as rude. After mulitple calls he agreed to refund $200. It took more than a year from that date and a lot more phone calls to actually get the money. So the 3 wrong fuses ended up only costing me $400. The actual right fuses cost me $6 at Radio Shack.. These scammers at Summit should be in jail!!!!!
