Kyle M. at Summit Pest Solutions is understanding, professional and so flexible. When we have had issues come up, he was able to accommodate our schedule changes. He was very thorough with his treatments doing both inside and out, tackling the individual problems we were having at our specific residence, not just using a generic one-fits-all approach. He took the time to tell us the issues he was seeing and to explain to us what he was applying to take care of the situation and how it would work. I really appreciate it. We look forward to working with him and would highly recommend Kyle with Summit Pest Solutions for any pest issues you may be having!

They were very nice and professional when they came out. We've had a lot more pests this year than normal because of all the rain and after we started having them treat, it has been sooooo much better. We see an occasional live insect, but I didn't expect an "invisible force field" lol. I am so very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Don't do business with them. Do NOT purchase the Groupon. They try to trick you into a contract and change the price on you. They billed me for a date that I KNOW I wasn't at home and claim that the technician came INTO the house and sprayed. Pretty impossible with me being out of town. I have a friend who couldn't get anybody to come out at all and Groupon refunded her money.



Stay away!

Bought a groupon or similar deal to have my house sprayed. Guy that came out claimed to be the owner. Spent the whole time talking about his degrees in bugs and how knowledgeable he was. He called me outside and showed me dead bugs on a windowsill he claimed were termites and tried to sell me an expensive termite package. My house is new construction and was treated for termites - both with treated lumber and a spray after completion. He seemed disappointed when i told him if i had termites it was under warranty and another company would handle it. Kept trying to sell me anyway. I had the other company come over a couple of days later just to be sure and the "evidence" he pointed to was gone - blew away. Positive he planted the stuff there to show me to try to upsell me an expensive service i didn't need. Much prefer to deal with honest, reputable companies so I won't be using them again.
