They didn't want to properly clean a mold issue from a leaking window or pay for a hotel while drying out and cleaning the mold/ leak in 2 of our 3 bedrooms. (7 people in 1 bedroom for 5 days? NOT! We had to drive 2 hours to stay with family!) There were dead fleas in the light fixture in the kitchen when we moved in. 3 handymen here have told us these apartments, as we already know, are poorly built. And the manager, Angela, is super cranky. They aren't even trying to make our experience here a good one. I would never rent here again.
