Last week my daughter and I we leaving Wal-Mart and directly at the door two woman were smoking. As we walked by the older woman exhaled, blowing smoke directly into my 9 year old daughters face. I went back into the store and was told by 4-5 different employees that they could not ask them to stop smoking there. I was appalled. Finally a store manager Bobbie came out and walked with me and I showed her were they were etc. I even pointed out the no smoking sign on the door. I was told that that sign was for inside the door; however the ordinance is 25 feet from a door… These women were in the walkway. Oh to top it off I called the corporate store and was told we would receive a call back, and when we did the representative could not speak clear English and had a very difficult time saying Don, she called me Donna... It was like we were being mocked.

While we were walking with Bobbie we passed another high-traffic door and there was an employee from the Subway smoking. I’m not against smoking. I am against people smoking in the path of others and to blatantly be disrespectful. Wal-Mart is liable for these incidents and should be held accountable for the operations of their stores, in a responsible and safe manner.

I looked at my receipt when i got home and i got one lemon pepper chicken and the cashier had charged me for two. i live 11 miles away so it is difficult for me to turn right around and make another trip to town.
