I have never been associated with such a poorly managed office. They say they will do things, like send in a prescription, order a test, clear something with your insurance, communicate something to your doctor. It never seems to happen until you call back for a 3rd or 4th time. I had absolutely no confidence in them following through on what they would say they would do. Then my doctor left and so far I have called 4 times to try to get my records transferred. They say they sent them but they never got there . . . so frustrating. If you use this clinic for anything be ready for a lot of frustration.
