To say that this place sucks would be generous. I took a $100 dollar sweater to get embroidered here. The reason I decided to take it here was because they told me it would take only 2 days. The first time they embroidered it, they used a font that looked like a little kid scribbled on the letters. The owner of the business agreed that it looked terrible. To save you from reading a novel of the 4 weeks of bs I dealt with. I will skip to the end where I decided to just pick up my still unfinished sweater with a ginormous hole in it. The owner of the business informed me she did not have the money to pay me for ruining my sweater and that she wouldn't pay me even if she did. The people working here have the mental capacity of a 2 year old and the customer service of a F!@% you factory. I wouldn't take something here if they paid me too because it is not worth the hassle you will go through trying to get your stuff and or money back. I wish I could give it less stars.
