just visited an elderly neighbor there a few days ago. She couldn't get bed rails installed--which seems like a safey issue; or access to the television and phone she paid for because there was no maintenance staff working. The entire builind stank like feces and urine, and no one seemed to be in charge. I stood at the nursing station for 10 minutes while 3 female employees argued about the working schedule. I heard alarms repeatedly buzzing in patients rooms and heard a female staff member tell a patient that calling 911 wasn't her job. The staff here exhibited no professionalism or standard of medical care towards any patient in this facility. I wouldn't give it one star, but in order to make this post, you have to put at least one up there.
