My partner and I bought a few things here because her sister is very ill. Later we decided we really didn't need the overbed table or the bath chair so I called to ask if I could return them. I was open about the fact we'd used the table a couple times and no longer had the box; I said we'd understand if we could not have a full refund. I'd have understood at that point if we'd been told it couldn't be returned, but that was not the case. I was told to go ahead and bring it back. We were exhausted from stress and lack of sleep; Chin's sister had been close to dying. When I went to return the items I was as polite and civil as I know how to be because I was appreciative of being able to return them. Someone, the manager I'm guessing, reacted with rudeness and hostility and suggested I had fabricated the phone conversation and said bluntly their policy was that nothing that had been used could be returned. I was shocked at his confrontational demeanor and left without returning anything.

Overall experiences with this company have been poor. The employees are not easily easy to deal with in general. Great selection but poor poor service. You would think they were paying for my supplies out of their paycheck not by my insurance.
If they didn't have such a great selection and weren't close to the hospital I would definitely go somewhere else. Must say that not all of the employees are unhelpful but yes the good majority were hard to deal with.

I've been to Cesco several times for canes and stockings. I am very sensitive to smells, and had no problem at all on any of my visits. Maybe Summer's review below was written just after a cleaning??? The employees are very friendly and helpful and know their stock. They even helped me put on my new cane handles - no easy feat!

I've been shopping here for my mother for years. Their parking lot is a little small, but the shop is nice (no cleaner smells) the prices are fair, and the people are always nice. If you need to buy adult supplies I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Close to the hospital, but if you have any kind of breathing difficulty, please do not go there! They use pinesol or some other strong noxious cleaner that is so permeating my Mother who has COPD had to go to Swedish Edmonds to get a breathing treatment after going in there. I do not have COPD, but the smell bothers me as well. I could literally taste it for hours after going in there. When I complained that it was much too strong, they basically told me my Mother could wait in the car! They said it did not bother them, so I guess everyone else is out of luck. We now drive out to Marysville to get our supplies.
