Provided by YP.comHas anyone found a better place to go? There don't seem to be many places available that do this?

Provided by YPmobileNot worth going, not only management but the time management sucks, researching better and more efficient centers in the office before I leave here today first and last trip to this joke of a office.

Provided by YP.comI also agree with how bad this place is. I have never been treated the way I was there. I was told I have a bad attitude because I was in so much pain I was crying and just wanted help. This clinic is also the same as the Everett office so do not go there either. I did everything they asked, physical therapy, injections and ice for 2 months before I asked for medication. All they wanted was your money

Provided by YPmobileSave yourself from a waste of time going to this office. They are nothing but money hungry, and don't really care to help you at all. I went to several appointments, and every single time I was in the waiting room for at least 30 min or more after my scheduled appointment time, one time I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours!! They try and pack as many appointments as they can in the day, so they can make more money. Once you finally get back there, they come in and are done with you in 2 minutes. The doctors don't listen to you at all. They don't take the time to really help your problem. They also force you into coming back several times a month! Instead of giving you a months worth of medication, they give you two weeks at a time. And if they're booked and you can't get in the day your medication runs out, they tell you oh well. Besides the nurse assistants who were always exceptionally nice and friendly, everyone else in this office including all the doctors are just plain RUDE. You couldn't pay me to go back to this office and be treated the way I was treated. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!

Provided by YP.comI read the reviews on here before I sent my records... Good thing as I'm trying to get away from VA pain management and my complaints were the ones on here! Now I still intended on maybe giving them a try --until they called back. When I mentioned the problem I had with the VA and the reviews I read on here, they said I should contact the VA about my problem with them and that they looked foward to my records. When I told them I know how to deal with the VA, that I'm looking to get away from them and have a doctor that cares and discusses my health WITH me instead of treating me like a child, she TREATED ME LIKE A CHILD and reiterated, "we look foward to getting your records, umkay?"
No. Don't worry about it. You couldn't treat me like an adult or have an adult conversation, you couldn't answer a question one, and the mere mention of these reviews warranted a "no comment" attitude, but of course you don't talk to children like that so it came out more like, "We don't discuss those kinds of things, umkay?" Wow. Thanks a lot for saving me the time and effort!

Provided by YP.comAll I can say is do your research. There are other pain centers out there who employ doctors with far more compassion for their patients. This center is owned by one doctor, employs several others and creates its own policy that is not in the best interest of the patients who look to them for help. Aside from that, their knowledge and experience is limited to the most basic types of pain. The doctor I saw at the Bellevue clinic disregarded 7 years of treatment for a condition diagnosed by my previous specialist, to implement his own unrelated diagnosis and treatment. This was a red flag for me and one I consider dangerous to my health. There was also complete indifference to any suffering as a result of changes in pain medication protocol. I was terribly disillusioned and after learning how to interview subsequent doctors, I chose another course for my pain management. Be aware that websites are deceiving and you do have options. You DESERVE to live pain free.

Provided by YP.comGood: My pain is almost gone after 2 years!Other doctors did not have a clue and thought I was exaggerating or just looking for pain medications(I wasn't). Improvements: More availability for appointments. I work full time and it is hard to go in during regular hours, especially since there are multiple sessions for the nerve blocks..

Provided by YP.comI agree with EVERYTHING NEGATIVE the other people have said about these unprofessional, evil, money hungry, disgrace to humanity jerks. The ONLY thing they care about is gauging their patients. They could not care any less about you and make sure you know that. They "insisted" on switching my meds to a designer drug that cost over $150 for a two week supply, even after I made it very clear other meds have not worked and that I could not afford anything but generic medicatation. The attitude was "not my problem" constant interruptions from the doctor each time I attempted to talk to him a question or talk. Initially, I thought it may have just been the one very very very rude sort of younger Asian doctor so I scheduled with another doctor for the follow up appointment. The second one was not much better but at least was kind enough to let me know that nothing about my condition, my medical records, history and/or anything about me mattered except how much money I was going to give them. The office policies were to force patients to come in multiple times rather than coming in once a month for injections, medication, questions, etc. They force you to see "their" shrink but at the same time would not "refill" a low dose zolof Rx. They only prescribe enough medication for a week or two at a time so you are forced to come back frequently and/or no less than every week or two, each time of course they charge both you and your insurance company. WORST CLINIC AND/OR DOCTOR'S OFFICE I HAVE EVER SET FOOT IN, INCLUDING EMERGENCY ROOM STAFF, WALK IN CLINIC CARE, ETC. THE TREATMENT MY CATS RECEIVED AT THE ANIMAL HOSPITAL WAS FAR FAR SUPERIOR TO THESE JERKS!!!!!

Provided by YP.comI have never been treated quite this badly by any professional much less a doctor. After arriving at 1:36 for my 2:00 appointment a girl at the front desk yelled at me for not being there a full 30 minutes early despite the fact I had all my paperwork filled out. So after being there 24 minutes early I waited a full 40 minutes before I was taken back. Another girl took all my information and then left. A nurse (and the only nice person in this clinic) did the evaluation, agreed my pain level was high made a recommendation for a certain pain medicine and then and only then did a Dr come in. He saw me for less than 1 minute and left. After taking a surprise urine test I was given my prescription. The medication they gave caused a serious reaction and I spent the next day in the ER. A call placed to them in the morning regarding this issue was returned 7 full hours later. Then I was told I had to make another appoinment to get a replacement medication. They just wanted more money! After I explained again that I was in the ER and could no longer take what they prescriped I was told that it wasn't a candy store and I could go ahead and suffer with the pain until they could see (and bill) me again. This place appears to only care about the money and providing the least amount of patient care as possible. The worst doctor's office in the world! Avoid at all costs!
