Owner is a crook. late, over budget, and broke a lot of our things without paying for damage, despite the "insurance" that was purchased.

Dishonest from the start, complete lack of customer service and an overall rip off. The company broke some of our important and sentimental belongings and can't be reached for replacement or compensation. They lost a few of our items and have made no effort to attempt to recover them and in the end we were over charged, under served and left hanging on finalizing our big move. If you are getting ready to take that big step and relocate, RUN away from Acclaimed Movers and their shady sister company National Van Lines, they will surely take advantage of you, get your money and leave you hanging on empty promises. Don't learn the hard way for yourself.
