Trouble with one of the heat zones off boiler, heat would not shut off. Called Downs Mechanical in Edwards around 10am and the owner Bill was here by noon as promised. This was in January, busy season for plumbers. Bill was great, fixed the problem within an hour, including trip to supplier for part. Also, since I wanted to know, he kindly explained things to me. Asked him to kindly put me on his list for annual maintenance. A plumber I will look forward to seeing again.
