In one word..."WOW".######The restaurant is inside The Lodge & Spa At Cordillera, in Edwards, CO.###The restaurant, and lodge for that matter are open to the general public, and thus well worth the 7 minute drive up the hill from the town of Edwards.######I've eaten at most of the "hot" spots in the greater Vail area, and have to admit that the views are the best in town at the Mirador Restaurant.######The Lodge has a cool outdoor terrace where you can dine on the all day menu, and they just added a couple of flat screen tv's in the bar and lounge area.######If you have any type of special event, i.e. - you are in the dog house...just kidding, I'd head up to Mirador, or for more casual fun, I have eaten at The Grouse On The Green, and that place is awesome as well. It is just a couple of 100 steps from the front door of The Lodge & Spa At Cordillera.
