I had a massage with Matt form vail sports massage recently and it was really fantastic. It was a combination of deep and firm pressure, long gliding strokes, faster kneading and flushing type techniques, with some stretching and joint releasing added in.

I have had many massages in the past, and have not had a massage quite like this before. It was really effective at relieving my muscle soreness and leaving me relaxed in my body in a new way for days afterwards. This was a house call service which made it really easy for me, and he brought the whole table set up and everything. This was the first massage I've had at my condo in Vail, and I must say it really was easy, relaxed, affordable, and best of all effective at making me feel great.

Best massage I have had in a LONG time !! What a bonus to my vacation to have a massage with Vail SPorts Massage. Very thorough, vary skilled, very professional, very convenient. I have been receiving regular massages to help out with soreness during my ski vacations and this tops them all. A must have for sure !
