I am struggling to reach the owner Mae Knilans. She stayed at my home for over 5 months and it was significantly damaged. I am trying to reach her. She told me she would correct the issue. She has not. I am concerned as her profession requires care, trustworthiness and the ability to take responsibility. I have home photos available to verify my concerns.
