Told my husband they would not fill his prescription because Medicaid didn't pay her enough . Then her assistant lied to my face about a drug i take because its a brand name med and expensive . She pretended to run it through my insurance and then told me it wouldn't go through because it needed prior authorization . Its a med i have been on for a long time now . So i went home called my insurance and they told me that no one ran anything and i did not need prior authorization . I then call the owner , she argued with me about it , acted like she didn't want to talk to me about it and finally got her to fill it .. However she called my doctor and complained about me . Very upset about the whole thing , don't understand how people can run a business this way . Very upset that she would treat Disabled people like this . NOT a nice way to be .
