Awful customer service today. Less than 2 months ago I joined their Membership Club with an incentive of a $10 off coupon. Turns out it expired after 30 days. This coupon was the ONLY reason I decided to join because it was the only way that the membership was worth it to me. Then, she asked if I had my members only coupons. Since this was a spur of the moment trip, I did not. Instead of offering an already frustrated customer the coupon's discount (they KNEW I was a member) anyway, they TOLD ME TO GO HOME AND PRINT THE COUPON AND COME BACK. Spontaneous trip where I had over $40 of merchandise and you asked me to leave your store empty-handed. Not coming back.
