Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!

The NON-Service this company provides is simply Low End. My trash was not picked up at least once a month. Phone calls resulted in unfulfilled promises. "Life is too short to spend it with a kicking cow."

DO NOT use this company, if i would even call it that. This "business" is ran out the dining room of a rancid house. I went there once to pay my bill because for some reason my debit/credit card wouldnt process so i had to pay in cash. The "office" consisted of a female sitting at a desk next to the dining table with a notebook, paper, and a computer... My card info was written in the note book so who knows how long they store card information. Their record system to see who pays what months consists of a series of boxes hand written in that notebook by your name and if it has an X through it apparently that month is paid.....

Extremely barbaric and unreliable way to keep records. Also after switching to another company, thank god, they claimed they had picked up for another 3 months, which is a lie, and keep bugging me about money owed! Crooks trying to get an extra check! Finally i was wanting some receipts for months paid, the woman on the phone told me for the first 2 calls that she didnt have access to that and she would have to talk to another woman. Third, fourth, and fifth time i called she said that they have been busy and she hasnt gotten to it. Sixth time i called, keep in minds all these calls were days if not weeks apart, she still had done nothing about getting me a few months receipts.......

Check out other options! We were told to use this company for services and its been a nightmare. We were told we had to purchase our own container. They charge extra for recycling. They said they would order us a recycle bin, however, its been 4 months and nothing. Although they do pick up the garbage, the recycling materials have gone weeks without being picked up. When calling in, they are clearly stressed and keep saying they don't know anything. We have moved to another service. Bottom line: new service is nearly 50% cheaper, no extra charge for recycling, provide all containers and a schedule for delivery.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Paid for six months and never emptied the dumpster one time. They hung up on me when I called to request my dumpster be emptied. NEVER use this company.

Do not ever hire this company for any reason. They will gladly take your money, but leave your trash. You will have to call them every week. They will lie to you and say they will call you back, they never do. They may show up once a month and not on your scheduled day if they show up at all. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Trash should not cause this much stress.

I would not recommend this company. They are unreliable, untrustworthy and failed to keep their commitments. After six calls in two days, all of which they said they would ensure pick ups, they failed completely. If the driver actually was told to pick up our waste, then he should be terminated.
