Do not use these people for any employment needs. Very rude and still waiting on my last paycheck. I was told to come to their office to pick it up and when I got there I was told it was mailed. 1 hour drive total for nothing. Called them when I did not receive it and was told maybe the mail is slow. So if you like being talked down to, games, and no pay....go for it:)

I currently work through them and I have to say they were rude, the front desk people talk down to you like you are nobody. They told me the wrong time to be there and i got scorned for it. the lady that actually did the interviewing was very nice and helpful, and if you have a problem she is the only person you want to talk to. I see that the person that owns the business watches these reviews, and my personal advice is to hire new front desk people, all they did was play and talk on their phones. they were very rude, and made it seem like you was inconviencing them. very poor ethics in my book.

Extra Help is wonderful! They are the only ones out of 7 employment agencies that are finding jobs for me. They are very courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful in suggesting possible jobs.

I have not visited the office, yet, but the representative, Yolanda Lopez, at the Job Fair at Soutwestern Illinois College on November 10th was very nice and helpful. Very respectful to my husband and me, and answered all of our questions.

I agree. The "young people" were very rude and walked around as if they owned the place. I waited 45 minutes before being interviewed and she spoke to me with total disrespect. I will never refer anyone to them! People beware!

While I was in their office the staff was very rude. It seemed like it was being run by a bunch of kids who thought they knew everything. There was much yelling and inappropriate talk coming from the back of the office. I felt I was treated very poorly, like a 3rd class citizen, and would never consider finding temp work through this business. I can do much better than this on my own. Definitely not recommended.
