Went to Look After in Edwardsville. Thoroughly disgusted! Stylists were talking bad about previous clients that day while working on current clients. I asked my stylist where the manager was and she pointed to the loudest badmouther.

I was uncomfortable and disgusted as were other clients by the looks on their faces.

I got my hair cut about a week and a half ago. At first I thought that I'd just have to re-train my hair to go under, in an undercut, but I noticed that my ends were not cut and my layers and my bangs were growing out much sooner than usual. Long story short, I went to them 3/17, between 2 and 2:30 pm, so they could fix my hair. They had 2 people waiting and two being serviced. I told them I was not happy with my cut,and she, (the blond with dark hair colored underneath), told me they would get to me as soon as possible. When the other stylist was done, I thought they'd take me next since they needed to fix my hair, but oh, no! She called the next person on the list. After a couple of minutes, I went up and told the stylist that talked to me that if it was going to be a half hour or more, that I was going somewhere else. She said fine.... !! I guess they already have enough customers and don't need my business. So be it. This is my response to her. I only wish I could remember her name.
