After many non returned phone calls, he had me order parts for my furnance. When I had questions about the parts I was to order, he again never returned my call. After parts came in, I called to set up day to have my furnace repaired and yet again....no return phone call. Absolutely horrible service.

Very knowledgeable, aware of latest technology, efficient and thorough. Also charged a very reasonable price.

Called in the morning on a furnace problem that they installed was advised he would be there before I had to leave for work at 3pm and would call back. NO SHOW, NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE AGAIN AND NO RETURNED CALLS. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME.

In using the home warranty process purchased by previous homeowner, I was referred to Sun Service. The first trip to the house was ok and AC issue was addressed.



Subsequent calls were not so hot in regards to the heating system. First call and no return callfrom Sun. Second referal from warranty company service person arrived, looked at problem, which had been identified prior to arrival. Parts were required, ordered, no follow-up from service personnel. I called and asked if they were comming back, set up an appointment, was asked to call back durring the week prior to the next visit, which I did the day before the appointment. Still no show the day of the appointment. I called and left a message on answering machine to see if they were going to come in the afternoon, appointment was scheduled in the morning, no return call from service person.



Scheduling appointments with customers would have helped as apposed to me having to follow up. A phone call that they couldn't make it would also have been apprecieated. I had to take a day off work and didn't apprecieate a no show.
