I visited another dodge dealership in Salem to get a key programmed for my charger. They spent about an hour and then pulled me into the office and told me they couldn't do it and still charged me for the effort. I went to Goeckners and they had it done in like 15 minutes. Their parts staff are very nice and easy to get along with. The service writer seems very knowledgeable and got my other problems fixed as easy as my key.
