In Effy, this is the place for hair. Just be cognizant that, aside from a select few, there are some fake estrogen soaked rude ladies that work there. Not going to name any names, but ESPECIALLY the older ones. I've been to many places all over the world and have never seen so many of "these types" in one place. I always exhibit an outgoing personality, sense of humor, and confidence but this seems to upset some of them. Maybe guys don't talk to them anymore? Maybe they are miserable with life? Maybe they think only females should be the clientele? Who knows? This hasn't been an issue elsewhere so I know it's not me. I try to be nice to everyone, including the rude ones, albeit my patience is wearing thin. Case in point: Do not assume genuine kindness with fake smiles that are cast due to a professional obligation. So far, I think Kera is a very quality individual along with Kayla and Emily. Consider those names when scheduling an appointment.

Erin is wonderful. Love her personality. She is not afraid to be herself.
