Provided by YP.comI would give them 0 stars if I could. Heck I would do negative 10 stars if it gave me the option. Where do I start. I set up an appoint with Todd to have 3 fans and 3 light installed. The tech showed up and put up two of the fans in and the lights. Around noon Todd showed up and asked if we could re-schedule the 3rd fan installment because it was so hot out. I decided to be a nice guy and agree to this because I understand not wanting to be in a 110 degree attic mounting a fan... Why the tech didn't think ahead and mount that fan first thing when he showed up at 8am is beyond me. It would have been plenty cool at that time. At this point its about 2:30 and I let Todd know I have to grab a shower and get ready for work (When we set up the original appointment I let Todd know that I had to work at three and that I was okay with them staying at my house after I left for work so that they could get the job done) Todd asks if I could cut him a check so we get it out of the way before we forget. I agree and cut him a check for a price that I believe was for all the installs so really at that point I had pre-paid him to install the 3rd fan. I get in the shower and 20 mins later when I come back out Todd and the tech are both gone. POOF they vanished with my check. They left my house a total mess. Boxes and trash everywhere. They left the old fans and lights strewn throughout my whole house. I had sawdust and drywall chuncks ALLLLL over my bed and floor. Ohh and the icing on the cake is that they brought in there own trash (water bottles, payday candy bar wrapper) and left it sitting on my kitchen table. I Go to turn on the fan in the livingroom that they just installed and what do you know it DOESN'T WORK!!! They also didn't finish the fan in my room. Its missing the trim piece that goes near the ceiling and it makes a ton of noise when it runs. I began calling Todd right away thinking maybe he went to lunch. No way is this how he leaves a job. He forwarded my call 2 times in a row and then just ignored me and never returned my calls the whole day. I even left him a message telling him my concerns. He ignored it though. I finally had to get my mom to call him from her phone (different number he hadn't seen yet so of course he picked that up) He told her he would do whatever he had to do to make it work. That he was sorry and he wanted to fix it. When I MYSELF finally got in touch with him he was right back to being rude. Super defensive like he did nothing wrong. No I'm sorry. No what can I do to make it right. He even tried to blame the fan not working on me "Well it worked when we left I don't know what you did" The guy is a total JERK! He takes advantage of people and has quite the attitude. I would avoid him and his "business" at all costs!!!!
