This place is completely unprofessional! My first encounter with this office the dentist (Dr. Kim) got into a slight altercation with a patient as well as the dental nurse Colleen! I was nervous as can be so this altercation left me even more nervous. The dentist and the dental nurse just seem over all rude! Nobody wants to deal with that. I came in for two visits and was treated badly especially by colleen. If I recommend I would say enforce better customer service. That's important especially when dealing with patients with dental anxiety!
