Had been customer for many years and spending lots of money there. The owner would escort me to my car with my clothing at times. What service. Something has happened in the last 2 years. The clothing is not cleaned/ pressed/or prepared as professional as it has been in the past. Not many on staff now. Suits are coming back in smaller sizes, either strinking or inside linings hanging down the silks. I also took in a brand new 3 piece suit with the price tags still on it to be altered and pressed and it was damaged by the cleaners. They tried to fix their mistake, but couldn't and later told me to contact the manufacture, it's the material. I felt they should have known how to properly care for my suit. They were supposed to be specialist in this business yet rather than paying for my suit that they damaged, they placed the blame and responsiblility on me, the customer. For this, they have lost a excellent paying customer.
