I was late by 13 minutes, told me they could not keep the appointment and had to reschedule. The soonest they can see me is in 6 weeks!!! Yet, it's alright when they asked me in the past to reschedule my appointment by 45 minutes, also having to wait for 10 minutes to be seen when I arrive 5 minutes early?!?
Dentist called me back to apologize and make things right, he is coming in early to get me in for a more convenient appointment. Very impressed with his concern and attention for patient service.

wanted to take a moment to say that not only myself but my kids which is very important really love this office everyone's so very friendly and the office is just very neat organized and most of all very clean�������� every time we've went we've always dealt with DR MARC and he's very cool calm laid back makes ya feel very comfortable.
and last but not least would like to make a nice comment towards TIARA she's always so friendly has that upbeat positive attitudemand always a smile on her face she really goes above and beyond keep up the awesome work TIARA
would also like to commend JORDAN & CYRIL you both are also great all of u keep up the great work that's what keeps us comming back MRS VICHIENRAT & KIDS

A clean, beautiful office with friendly staffs and some of the most knowledgable and professional dentists. This place is very hard to come by and I'm glad I finally found one that my family can goes to.

Dr. Pukenas is very sensitive to the customers needs. All of the staff are polite, courteous and professional. The atmosphere from the waiting room to sitting in the dentist chair is very comforting. Dr. Pukenas made it affordable for my family and I to have complete dental care.
