Same problem with Baumgardner as everyone else. It has taken over a year to do a couple months of work. In fairness, they blame the RREM program for being slow to pay. Meanwhile, most of their staff is gone, and RREM tells me getting my house completed is a civil matter and not their problem even though they recommended Baumgardner to me. [email protected]

They have promised everything and delivered nothing. I signed the contract in June 2015 now June of 2016 and they are nowhere near finished. Now they want more money or they will not finish.
