DO NOT GO HERE...I purchased a couch, a twin bed, a queen pillowtop mattress, and a tv stand there 10 mths ago. My couch is a lumpy mess. The twin bed was already replaced the springs hurt my kids back. My queen mattress is not a pillowtop anymore it is so flat, and i followed the flip mattress directions, and the beds are 1 sided you cant flip to the other side only rotate top to bottom. The tv stand is the only thing that still looks nice. You get what you pay for and i believe you should cough up the extra cash and get quality stuff that will last more than a year or two, otherwise buy used good stuff

I have purchased furniture from Diamond Furniture for over ten years and have been satisfied each time. The pricing is reasonable and the service is second to none. I like the fact that they have furniture for every budget. I recommend you form a relationship with a salesperson so they can contact you on future sales you may want to take advantage of; my contact person is Loretta. Its nice dealing with Loretta because you can call her and she will have everything ready for you when you arrive. She is not pushy and is always very happy to help you whether you are purchasing from the sale room floor or from their wonderful clearance center in the back. I am sure that all of the salespeople at Diamond are great so if not Loretta just give any of them a try and receive the experience that I have been receiving for many years.

I don't recommand buying from this company. I almost did. Thank god I did not. What they sell is serious junk and not only do they have hidden charges they are very aggresive from the beginning. Never leaving you alone. Worse then a car salesman. Then they try and add fees like transfer charges and fuel charges. And there delivery fees are something to laugh at.



My brother did buy something from them and they were the most crappy delivery people "out sourced". Then the stuff he got was damaged. It took 6 months after backorder, after backorder and then a call saying it was in. Then we get there to find out the stuff is damaged in the warehouse that it was sent to. It's still not been taken care of.
