I immediately had a huge hematoma when the nurse inserted the IV needle. I was told it was because I had "thin skin", so I guess it was my fault. The supplemental oxygen volume was set too high, so that during my 45min procedure, my sinus cavity was severely dried out. I spent the night in pain with my sinus cavity, throat, upper teeth, ears, & palate hurting. I guess that was somehow my fault as well.

Just want to let you know my sister came to your office today,she's been in great pain for over two weeks and she came to you thinking she was going to get some answers but what does your staff do?They tell her after sitting for an hour,that they have to reschedule her after people who came in after her got taking in!This is how you run your business?!I will make every oppertunity to bad mouth your practice to everyone I know!All in all,you suck as a professional!
