Do not patronize the company. My husband and I are restoring our hurricane damaged home and spent a few thousand dollars at the Egg Harbor Township store. One item did not fit. When I returned it and ordered the correct piece, they charged me a 25% restock fee.

They told us they were "comfortable" with the decision of forgoing the remainder of the order (somewhere around $2400) as I threatened to take the remainder of my business elsewhere.



Lisa Jones store manager very rude, very inappropriate. No customer loyalty, no customer service.

Long time customer. They are real pros. Best plumbing showroom in area.
