We have always found the staff to be more than professional in dealing with both our staff and residents — many who have dementia, which a special skill set is required. I have found the staff of Balboa Ambulance to be very adapt at dealing with this clientele.

Thank you for having John and Robert to do our in-service. They do such a great job! Our staffs truly enjoy and appreciate such great service! Our administrator had the opportunity to stop by as well and was quite impressed!

I can say without reserve that Balboa Ambulance is a quality corporation and one of the best ambulance corporations in San Diego. The president, Jay Hoffman is personally involved in the management of his company and is very responsive to customer needs! His staff members are professional and courteous, which adds to the quality of service provided!
