They Lied to me....

If you have an issue and talk to 5 different people you will get 5 different answers. Gosh they make it difficult to work with. I asked to place my account on hold for a few months and was told no and it was closed. When I came back I was told I could open another account. When I went into the bank to do so, then said that I could not get Free Checking any more even though I had Direct Deposit from Social Security. They wanted to charge me$15 per month. When I said No, the rep said, "you will not be able to get another account at any other bank" I said I already an offer. The rep got mad and huffed. I asked for my money back and switched banks. When the were Home Savings they were Great.. When WAMU they were good. Now as Chase Horrible.
