Not Even Worth One Star

This company bought Villa Carmel in Phoenix in November 2019. This is by far the worst management group I have ever seen. Their website says they have pristine communities with security patrols. Just about everything they post is a lie. They have run this community into the ground. The pool is green most of the time, the Air conditioning for the club house has been broke for almost 2 months and instead of fixing it, they roped things off claiming the Virus. If you hear the name Comfort Communities associated with any park you are considering moving into.... DON'T..... RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!

Owner is unresponsive

Comfort communities bought the park I live. For almost a year been contacting then about a huge septic leak at one of their properties. They don't answer calls email ect. Even go through lengths to block you instead of fixing issues in the park.
