These guys were great. They were friendly and informative, much the opposite of what I was expecting being a female who knows very little about guns going to sell my late father's rifle collection. To my surprise, there were just as many women employees as there were men and everyone treated me with respect and kindness. Not only that but I learned a lot about firearms and gun legislation. In fact, I'm going to have to rethink my current opinions on gun control. It's amazing what one conversation with the right person can do, especially when the subject is gun control and you are talking to a knowledgeable and experienced (probably expert) gun owner, veteran and ex-cop turned gun store manager who is soft spoken and speaks his ideas from a place of logic rather than a place of anger (even though I'm sure he has plenty to be angry about).

I've never had a bad experience here, and I'm surprised at the unfavorable reviews .

Did a private party transfer today at the El Cajon Gun Exchange and the staff was very helpful !

Awesome crew. Helped me sell some rifles I inherited and got the items sold quickly for the asking price. Very painless process!

Today I went inside looking at safes. Within a couple minutes, a nice lady named Cindy was showing me what they had. They seemed to prefer selling the Browning gun safes.

I go in there a great deal, and never get bad service! It's a fairly large place but they are on top of all the products they have, and are wiling to answer any questions and give all the assistance they can every step of the way. I say five stars and I mean it! The owner is incredibly knowledgable on all the new laws that California has and willingly gives assistance even if he has to stay late to take care of you! I'm a FAN!!!

I buy all my guns at ECGE. The sales people are knowledgeable and friendly .
