"Dishonest management and events co-ordinator: This park and its events co-ordinator invited an outstanding vocal artist to perform on July 4, 2015. The agreement was 10 songs. As a courtesy, the performing artist stated the first song would be "God Bless America" for which he would not charge a fee. However, the remaining 9 songs of the concert required a $300. fee to be paid to the musician upon completion of the concert.

The vocal artist--hired by the park and events co-ordinator--performed all 10 songs, (as agreed) and received loud applause from the audience after each song.

That performing artist was NEVER COMPENSATED financially for the performance. On the telephone after the event, the events co-ordinator insulted the performer three times--laughed in his face over the phone--and refused even to write a reference confirming the FACT that said vocal artist gave the performance. The same events co-ordinator also lied to the performer after the event when she claimed that nobody in the audience could hear the performance.

The park office, all of whose managers attended the entire performance, one of whom even exclaimed praise aloud using the word "EXCELLENT" at the end of the performance, also refused to give a reference. The management office was deceptive in falsely stating that there is a clause in their contract preventing them from documenting musical performances given at El Cajon Valley Mobilehome Park. This is a privately owned senior park.

This talented vocal performer was induced to perform; he was never financially compensated for his services and is, therefore, contemplating a lawsuit.

MUSICIANS--STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THE PARK MANAGEMENT OFFICE WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF IN THE SAME WAY!"
