WIC provides nutrition education and Breastfeeding Support. WIC provides checks for nutritious foods. These checks can be used at most stores. You can use the checks to purchase items like fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, cereal, baby food, milk (including soy milk), eggs, cheese, tofu, peanut butter, beans, and juice. Infant formula is also provided. Checks are worth between $50-$150 a month per participating family member. We have convenient hours to accomodate your needs - Open evenings and Saturdays.
