I walked in with one broken nail and their was nobody waiting. The nail tech rudely told me she has an appointment in 15 minutes. She had a very nasty attitude. Mind you I am a returned customer that always tips 20%. She argued with me for about 10 minutes saying she's slow to fix one nail. The other nail tech walked out. Very unprofessional and had the other customer telling me to be quiet and I told them to mind your own business.

I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady told me that my eyebrows were uneven, which they weren't. She gave my eyebrows a completely different shape then what I had and I did not like them at all.

Worth the price! Usually my nails would break within a week however my nails lasts minimum 3 weeks and sometimes over a month with out breaking! If you're a person who constantly & loves getting acrylics come here! Btw spa/facial felt great and soothing.

Stay away. They are RUDE and over priced, they will charge you for services you did not requests, customer service is awful and the atmosphere is not relaxing. They were recently cited for health code violations and the manager is very rude especially if you choose not to be cheated out of your money and do not upgrade your services. Buyer be ware. Try the smaller and not so commercial nail shops in the mall. They give much better service and do not treat you like a number.

They did a great job on my manicure. I would recommend them to any one!

My daughter and I had full sets of nails done. We had our nails done by two different people. Our nails turned out HORRIBLE! They are uneven and some are not straight. They told me one price then raised it by $10.00 after our nails were done. Very Bad experience. Will NEVER go back. Hope nobody else has this terrible of and experience. Please think twice before going here.
