I've known Mike Stettler for a few years along with his wife. My husband was killed on his harley 5/8/2014. The bike was in stet's iron horse ranch by 5/ 11. I got the bike back 10/01/2014. Aside from the incomplete work, neutral light stays on, radio doesn't work, tail light was out, a dead short in the harness was apparent when I returned the bike and watched him put a new fuse.. as it was replaced and blew up we confirmed a dead short and he said he needed a day to find out where. 2 weeks later Mike Stettler tells farmers insurance that the radio had a problem prior to the crash. That's a lie because the chp report status was the bike was on and radio on at the scene and and officer had to turn off the bike. I tild the insurance agent about the failed repairs, the blown fuse and dead short. All things that Stettler didn't disclose. I confronted him about the lies about the stereo and that he dead shorted it if anything because the report said that it worked at the crash.

He then refused to give me the bike and told me i was not getting billed for his screw up. I laughed at him for even suggesting that i would be billed! Farmers requested I removed the bike and found another repair shop. When I called to schedule picking up my bike I was cursed at and threatened. I had to call the police.

His wife Michelle Stettler called me a c#nt and Michael Stettler called me a f#*king wh#re... so i Tiffani Kjeldergaard of flying paint ranch will never recommend this company to anyone!
