There not a good place



Run like hell out of there . That is the worst place to live . I could go on and on about them and the staff .i lived there for many years .

It I could give this hell hole a 0 star rating I would, Do not buy in here, managment is terrible!!, Space rent is rediculous, Over $ 1400 dollars a month in some spaces and the rest are close behind. You cant sell your place since management will not work with the realtors and banks will not loan with space rent this high. RUN from this park!!!

Should be 0 stars This park is horrible, Space rents are between $1300 and $1800 a month. Plus the Homeowners now have a Pending lawsuit against the Park. Look up the Land lease holders on the internet Tatum and Kaplan. The park is only about 43% occupied due to all the Families who have been financially evicted. Other parks in the same area have space rent of 1/2 what Terrace view is charging to rent their dirt. It was the worst decision I have ever made buying in here
