This company is unethical and shady. Problems right from the start. They wouldn't help me get my electricity turned on, or remove the lock box for several weeks. Then the apartment was rented to me filthy and has several floods and leaks. I finally broke the lease legally because they never responded to my requests for help in contacting the HOA about security issues or fixed an electrical issue after a neighbor's unit leaked. Now they want to charge me high fees for leaving legally and have denied me a walk through for an apartment where they have refused to make necessary repairs. Don't hire them. Don't rent from them.
