I'm very disappointed with the quality and service I received at your El Cajon, CA. store. Last week I purchased a Kanger Tech device that leaked from the day I bought it until I returned it 5 days after I bought it. I returned it for a replacement, I then really got the shaft. The lady was reluctant to even replace the defective device and seemed more concerned with the person that sold it to me, but she did replace it with a device that was way worse than the one that I had returned. The replacement device leaks as bad if not worse than the returned one, I was also given a used battery (it won't stay charged) and the battery compartment has a missing magnet for the cover, the cover comes off frequently. This has to be one of the worst purchases I have ever made in my entire life. The reason this device wasn't returned is because I had to catch a plane back home to Georgia the same day that I got my replacement.
