Living here is a joke! The manager is lazy and completely rude. Worst parking situation. So many homeless people walking around. No secure environment for children. Manager does not take any problems here into consideration. Don't waste your time!

Very nice park I lived here now 20 years

I have lived in Villa Cajon for 10 years and I have never had any bad incidents with management. My kids love having the play ground and pool to play in. I love that there is a rec room for my family to have birthday parties and celebrations. This park is family oriented, there are a lot of kids here in the park and the Manager always puts together Park Parties for the kids. She has a spring, halloween, a thanksgiving feast and a Christmas celebration with Santa Every year.

DATE: AUGUST 26, 2014 An Immediate Danger to life, limb, or property; A Health and Safety Issue; A Violation of the Mobilehome Parks Act and Regulations The Park's electrical equipment is antiquated, ie, the 1950's. The service box for the row of houses I live in is broken now for 8 days. My neighbors and I only have partial service, ie, less than 110. I was told not to use heaters/air conditioners, no 220 stoves or appliances, only partial lighting. Life is hell here at Villa Cajon, as I have a number of illnesses requiring heating, air conditioning, medical appliances, etc, as evidenced by the Medical Discount I receive for my utilities. Please, help! Management will not say when our service will be restored!
