Blue Creek Foundry was established in 1986 to produce quality centrifugal and sand castings in both, ferrous- and nickel-base compositions. The company provides high-alloy wear, corrosion and heat resistant castings to customers in various industries, including mining, defense, petrochemical, petroleum, industrial, wear parts, aerospace, pump seals and cleaners, jackets, and pump liners. Its production of castings takes place with selected and inspected raw materials. The induction furnaces provide metal to centrifugal casting machines, which produce castings from 4- to 20-inches in outside diameters and 8-feet in length. The compositions of castings produced by Blue Creek can be monitored by a spectrometer. Blue Creek manufactures parts in a broad variety of wear, corrosion and heat resistant steel alloys and irons, fully heat treated and machined to exacting specifications. Blue Creek Foundry is located in El Campo, Texas.
