She send me application for home insurance and without my signature ( I don't know how ) she contact my home loan bank and give them the number of the policy and the premium without my outhorization ( she said the premium will be 1049 but what she send to the bank is $1173 ) and until this moment I did not sign the application . I will report her bisnuess to BBB if she did not contact me and correct the premium . And also she used Epiphany insurance agency as her business logo when she send me Emails , according to her it is located in El Compo . When I search online it says it is permenant close !!!!
