Provided by YPmobileArctic air has not the first clue of what customer service means. Their techs are incompetent and their service is pathetic. Thank goodness there are many other qualified companies in the Imperial Valley. Their motto should be, "customer is always LAST!"

Provided by YPmobileHorrible customer service. They left my house worse then before they got there. i had to pay to have a licenced company fix what they damaged. also not all technicians are certified. Horrible be careful! !!
Dear Mrs. Bartholomew Arctic Air apologizes for any inconvenience. I am well aware of your dilemma. The insurance that you have unfortunately did not want to cover the repairs to your unit.The insurance did not want to cover the promblem that you had with your ducts, due to the promblem being involved with your insulation and the insurance does not cover insulation. As for your a/c unit, your home is oversized for your unit, we did let the insurance know and they did not want to cover the repairs to your unit. I do apologize for any fustration you may feel towards our company, we will be more gladly to take care of your unit and will offer many solutions for you. I did notice that you stated we were not licensed, we are licensed for city of el centro, and every city in county of imperial.
