The management and staff are very courteous and prefessional ready to assist. We are eternally grateful we had so much fun, we didn't worry about anything and everything came out perfect. Food excellent & delicious, they really take care of you and your entire family from the moment we planned it till the end of our reception. They made our day stress free and fun. We enjoyed every minute of it. Mr. Ruvalcaba, DJ and Staff thank you once again made our wedding reception memorable.

I just recently had my wedding done in August. I loved the fact that I had to do nothing! They really take care of you from the moment the planning begins. When we walked into the reception the decorations where elegant and classy. The wait staff and food was was excellent. They really made a memorable experience for me and my husband!! Cant wait to have another party there soon.

We recently had my daughter's 15th birthday celebration here. Everything from the initial planning stages through the event completion was handled in a 1st Class manner by Mr. Jesus Ruvalcaba and his staff. The assistance we received throughout the whole event planning process was outstanding. At the event, the decorations were beautiful and the food was excellent, not to mention the 1st Class service by the staff at the event. I would definitely recommend the Barcelona Event Center for any event. The professionalism and service are second to none. Thank You again Mr. Ruvalcaba, you made our event the best it could be!

The food was delicious; the setup of the tables and center pieces was beautiful and magical. The staff was professional and always ready to assist, definitely a great location to celebrate at for any special occasion.

Everything organized down to the music with attention to details including the matching of the floral arangements provided. The presentation was one of the classiest I've seen in years, received numerous compliments from friends & family. My fiance and I were looking for a place to hold our reception and we wanted to stay in the Imperial Valley. The first time we met Jesus Ruvalcaba we knew this is the place we wanted the reception. The management and staff are very courteous and professional. The facilities are very nice. They have so many options on how the room looks. They work with you on every detail from place settings, room set up, video and photography, etc.... They can help you find services you need or they work with the people you want to use. They made our day so incredibly special. We can't thank them and their staff enough for the professional service we received. They made us feel so comfortable that we didn't worry about any of the details that they were in charge of because we knew it would be taken care of. We would recommend them to anyone that is having a special event.

IHS Class of 1991 20th Reunion

When deciding where to host our 20th Reunion from 3000 miles away, I knew finding the right place would be of the utmost importance.

From my very first call to Barcelona Event Centers, Jesus Ruvalcaba was kind, professional, and very thorough. He was flexible and able to meet my many special needs. When the time had come and we met for the first time, he was not only kind and professional, but very calm which truly helped as I was in a whirlwind making sure the final touches were met.

During our event he was never more than a few seconds away hussling between the two events going on that evening. His staff was just as kind and helpful throughout the evening which made for a seamless flow to all the special events I had planned for the evening.

Plus I received numerous comments from guests on the delicious food served: Barcelona Chicken and Beef combination plate.

Ultimately, if you are looking for a partner who can visualize your needs and expectations and turn them into reality, Jesus and his team are the perfect solution. They will make your event memorable and allow you the opportunity to enjoy the festivities along with your guests.

I was looking for a location for my daughters 15th birthday party. the most common thing around this area is to have them in mexicali. you're able to get the most bang for your buck excellent service open bar and the decorations are awesome.

I was concerned about that turnout because most parents don't want the kids going to parties in mexico.

after meeting with the owner I realize that courteous service and attention to detail won over my business. he was very easy to work with, full of suggestions and made sure to let you know that its about the customer.

the day of the party everything was perfect. every 1 of my guests had nothing but positive feedback to say about the party. comments like excellent service, great food, great DJ, beautiful decorations.

in conclusion I could not have asked for a better event ..... 100 percent satisfied would recommend it to any of my friends .

We are newlyweds and we held our reception at this reception hall and all we have to say is that our wedding was everything we expected and much more! The owner Jesus encompassed my entire vision in one for our very special day I had three things that were must haves at our wedding intimate, romance, and elegance I can't believe that it all came out perfectly. The staff was superb, the food was AMAZING everyone had a great time and many people complimented the facility. We were truly blessed to have been able to have this beautiful experience and share it with the Barcelona staff we are eternally grateful and would recommend this hall to anyone for any type of occasion. The professionalism that the management side works is spectacular they are great people awesome DJ that caters to the bride and groom. Simply spectacular from top to bottom thank you and we are happy that they were able to be a part of our special day!

I got to go to my best friend wedding, we have the most fun, and about the place is a blast, very beautifull, and elegant, the ambient is superb, the music very good, the decorations, service,...dinner, very very, good, I recomend this place... hands down
